Vegetarians: need to be more careful than meat eaters to take in fats, protein, and carbs daily. If a vegetarian does dairy, eggs and cheese are good sources of protein, as are nuts and seeds. They can become low in vitamin B 12 easily so MAY need to supplement w/B 12 sublingual tablets. Vegans have many more cautions and need expert guidance. Peace and good health.
