Home blood pressure: Home readings are much more realistic than readings in the office. There are a number of good home cuffs - omron makes a good automatic cuff for around $50. Check pressures am, afternoon and pm for a few weeks. Share this with your physicians. They will be very happy to have that data, and can decide on further treatment.
