Hard lip p/augment: Have your surgeon re-examine the area. It is difficult to determine what may be going on, without knowing your lip anatomy before the procedure and the surgical technique used as well as any issues surrounding your recovery. How long ago was your procedure?

.?bleeding: On occasion a small collection of blood may cause firmness and this should resolve but i would run this by your surgeon.
