Good amount of : sleep and eating right. If you had a hard match, give yourself enough time to rest and sleep. Exercise is wonderful but hard exercise is more tiring and you may need a day or two off to recoup your energy based on your age, hereditary issues, exercise level and stress issues. Good luck.
