Not related: Mitral valve prolapse is related to the structure of the mitral valve. Sinusitis does not cause mitral valve prolapse. Penicillin is not a cure for mitral valve prolapse.

No and no: Mvp (mitral valve prolapse) in young people is usually a harmless finding. It has no connection to sinusitis. There is no 'cure' for mvp other than cardiac surgery, which is almost never needed.
