No difference : No difference for most people. Whatever time of day seems to work best for you, as long as you take it once daily around the same time. It is not usually sedating or activating but if you experience either, then match it to the time of day. If it is anything more than mildly activating or mildly sedating, visit with your prescribing md.

Either: You can take it morning or night, whichever is more convenient. If you find it is sedating for you (a potential side effect that you may or may not experience), then it would make sense to take it in the evening. If you are taking it for depression, be aware that medication alone is not optimal treatment. Good care involves psychotherapy.
