Balance: Too much fruit can be problematic. It is currently recommended that we get at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Select fruit that is low in calories and high in fiber. Select fruit of various colors to ensure that you are taking a variety of nutrients & enzymes.
