Ct scan shows mild thickening of terminal ileum, appears chronic in nature, no inflammation. what could cause this? biopsy ruled-out crohn's and uc.

IBD: If the biopsy is negative and currently there are no symptoms., i will ignore it for the time being. It may represent healing following some inflammatory process. I would just follow it up with your doctor .If it remains unchanged or getting worse repeat biopsy should be considered.
