Biopsy confirmed inflammation on cecum and ileum but prometheus panel neg for crohns and uc. stool neg for infec. only take synthroid (thyroxine). cause?

Crohn's: Crohn's is still not off the list, a Prometheus is not a definitive , be all end all test. Rarely does the biopsy come back saying this is absolutely Crohn's. You need to input of a good GI doc.There are other test such as a fecal calprotectin .
