Falling: Falling is dangerous and injuries can change your life. If you're unsteady walking, use a walking stick or cane. Always hold onto handrailings on stairs. Make sure you don't have osteoporosis and keep your leg muscles strong, wear appropriate eye glasses. Check your vit d levels. Have your md evaluate you to see if you have balance problems and/or need physical therapy. Notify him if you get dizzy.
