i have this problem that everything has to be right in order. if it gets off track, then i go crazy. with chest pains, blood pressure rises nervousness?

After a good: Check up w/doc to rule out medical conditions, you can consult a clinical psychologist. You may have obsessive compulsive disorder to some degree. We all have a bit of it under stress. Your psychologist can diagnose and treat. Peace and good health.
