Ive been having chest pains on the left side of weeks now with a sinking feeling in the middle of my chest? my blood pressure and heart rate has also risen a bit after taking pantroprazole. whats the likelihood of me being in severe danger?

At your age, if you chest pain is not INDUCED by severe exertion, it is highly unlikely to be due the heart. Your blood pressure and heart rate are likely secondary to anxiety. I urge you to see your doctor for further assessment an reassurance. I see no reason to attribute your symptoms to pantoprazole. Wish you good luck.
