Varicocele: This is referred to as a varicocele. It can affect potency. The only treatment I am aware of is surgery. Talk to your dr.

Varicocele: This is known as a varicocele and would be treated by a urologist. It does have the possibility of decreasing sperm count and potency. There are not any non-surgical treatments, but the newer surgical treatments are less invasive & often laporoscopic. See a board-certified urologist.
