See below: In cervical radiculopathy, the typical symptoms are neck pain and an electrical, burning or squeezing feeling down the arm into the hand on one side usually. There is tingling and a numb feeling also. Depending on what fingers are involved, we can make an educated guess about where the problem is without even seeing an mri. Not all pain that runs down the arm is from radiculopathy. Joint pain also.

Radiculopathy: Depending on the level, patients have neck- and/or arm pain and possibly tingling, numbness and sometimes weakness too in the biceps, triceps and the muscles around the wrist and hands. A good examination with strength testing and provocative testing usually gives clues, but an MRI scan is best to determine the source of the problem... Good luck!
