Arthritis: Cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy means you have arthritic changes in your neck (cervical spine) which is causing nerve irritation thereby causing pain down the arm or in the neck.

Degeneration: Spondylosis refers to a degenerative process that has occurred in the spine. This can irritate the exiting nerve roots which can cause symptoms into the arm and this is known as a cervical radiculopathy.
