It feels like my back moves in ryhtm with my heart and this is a new thing what can it be?

Heart rhythm: Non specific findings with tachycardia. High pulse and CP but movement with heart beats either BP very elevated. Abdominal aortic aneurysm very uncommon at your age and we usually palpate an abdominal mass. Very non specific symptoms i think but very interesting. I am not sure but i would probably obtain abdominal cta? Other causes out there but if feel with heart beats may be vascular.
