Here is my opinion : From prior experience. T waves inversion at v1-v3 it's a relative common finding in children, adolescents. Infrequently found in healthy adults. New onset changes have to be investigated specially with the symptoms you are having. Anterior leads include v3-v4. Anxiety attacks, coronary artery disease, pulmonary conditions and even arrhythmogenic heart conditions. See a cardiologist asap.
