Here is my opinion : From prior experience. T waves inversion at v1-v3 it's a relative common finding in children, adolescents. Infrequently found in healthy adults. New onset changes have to be investigated specially with the symptoms you are having. Anterior leads include v3-v4. Anxiety attacks, coronary artery disease, pulmonary conditions and even arrhythmogenic heart conditions. See a cardiologist asap.

Sometimes my heart beats 109-112 per min. Saw cardiologist did ekg and 24 hr holter monitor. Everything came back normal. No thyroid problems, no hbp, no diabetes or overweight, not pregnant, no drugs or alcohol. No pain, sob, fainting etc. am I ok?
