Myopericarditis: You need a troponin (blood sample), echocardiogram, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. If any of those are abnormal, you need to see a cardiologist.

Multiple cause: In a young man the probability of a cardiac problem is certainly a lot lower. We look at t wave inversion as a symptom of ischemia or lack of blood flow. Consider as well possible improper lead placement. You need additional examination. We would like to know what your oxygen saturation is and if you have a normal chest x-ray as well. I would stop worrying about it and go see a cardiologist.
