Options: First of all metformin in general is not effective at getting pregnant. It may help your sugars and periods but is not a fertility pill. Clomid (clomiphene) has no effect on cancer of any kind of the colon. Weight loss is helpful but anything else besides Clomid (clomiphene) or Letrozole involves more advanced therapy.
