A doctor has provided 1 answer

Metformin ok: Metformin is commonly used to help treat Insulin resistance associated with pcos (in addition to diet and exercise). Clomid (clomiphene) is typically used to help promote fertility in pcos when you are trying to get pregnant. It is not used as a chronic medication.
