Testosterone: If you have low testosterone on your own you will benefit from AndroGel or other testosterone therapies. There are potential side effects but that should be monitored by the doctor prescribing your androgel. I monitor psa, hgb/hct, and hdl. If the results indicate possible side effects based on the above labs, discuss this with your doctor.
