BP and medications: I will assume that you meant that the blood pressure was 110/75. That appears to be in the normal range, even with medicaitons. Based on this it appears as though the medications are working just fine at their current dose. The only reason to decrease the amount would be if you are having side effects. Hope this was helpful.

Probably: Would be nice to know what the medication is. If BP stays below 130/85 it should be ok.
