Call his Dr.: Call his dr. As an evaluation is the best thing to do for an 18mo old with a fever. The dr. May recommend a medication to give him such as pediatric tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetominophen) to bring his fever down, and wold know the dosage to tell you based on your child's weight, etc. Best wishes.
