Maybe diet related: Childhood sleep patterns are determined by numerous factors. Establishing good sleep hygiene is important. Diet from lunch thru dinner also have an effect. Limit sugars and any caffeine / chocolate. Also, make sure child is put in bed before they fall asleep. Falling asleep in another room, leads to confused child when they occasionally wake in the room they didn't fall asleep in.

SLEEPING HABIT: Sometimes their sleep patterns are interrupted due to excitement to play early. They sleep less but wants more activity. Make sure to put him to bed to get 10 hours of sleep.
