Growth hormone: Some wealthy families inject their sons with growth hormone before their epiphyses close. That may be possible. I am more concerned as to why you have been vitamin D deficient. If you are from a family of diet faddists or have not been allowed to play in the sunlight, I hope you will not do the same to the family you may raise. Height matters less than good muscular development.
