Yes: If there were no adhesions that developed to block your tubes and no serious infections, you should be able to get pregnant.

Probably "yes": Your chance of getting pregnant depends on many, many things. Ruptured appendix is a risk for pelvic/abdominal adhesions ("scar", ) but many have no damage. I have done many laparoscopies on women in your situation, and am impressed by how different the outcomes are. I suggest simply trying to get pregnant when you want to; if it doesn't happen in a reasonable time, see a doctor.
