Check locally: As far as i know, none of the doctors here are from malaysia and we have no way of knowing what supplements are available in malaysia. If you have a local health food store ask them, or search online. Again, i question whether bifidus will necessarily help you more than other strains of probiotics and the first one you asked about does contain bifidus, so that is probably a reasonable choice.
