Inguinal hernias: You should see a general surgeon and have this assessed. Although there is probably no urgency to have these repaired, there is always the risk that they can become worse and develop complications. Go and get seen at your convenience. Good luck.

Don't worry: If they're bothering you only a little, not limiting you activities, and not enlarging, there is no emergency to do anything. If you want to prevent them from getting worse (very low risk), then at least get a consultation from a general surgeon. You can find one interested in hernia repair on the americas hernias society website. No need to limit activity in the mean time - only if it hurts.
