Habits: It is likely a life long habit of eating fast, too much, or too much sugar. I cannot see your weight or other vitals. Feeling full when one eats usually comes with lots sugar, high protein diets that are grazing and not full meals three times per day. Slowing down also helps one let the stomach tell the brain when it is full. A life long history of ignoring the signals from your gut is part of.
