Cognitive health: As long as you are not on blood thinning medication, consider taking high quality Marine Fish Oil. Nordic Naturals is a good brand. Ginkgo biloba can also be useful. See a book called "The Neurogenesis Diet & Lifesyle" by Cortwright for more information. Peace and good health.
