Pregnant??: There are many reasons for late periods and spotting. Most are not serious in your age group. I would make sure you are not pregnant if you are sexually active. If not pregnant, you can wait to see if your cycle comes. If not, then see your gynecologist.

Irregular Periods: Young females have lots of irregular periods. Bleeding like this means that you are not likely pregnant or that if you were you are now losing it. Viable pregnancy stops vaginal bleeding. If you doubt this then please get a pregnancy test. If the periods do not normalize next month then you may want to consider seeing your family doctor.
