Last few months period comes slowly,over 3 days light spotting on&off,minimal cramps.when it comes its usually clots and heavy just one day and then stops alltogether.is it heavy because blood took too long to leave because it came slowly over days?

Clots usually indicate heavy bleeding. Other than that your periods seem a variation on the normal. Take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss.
