Can be anything: Naproxen can cause gastritis. Also, heartburn, gerd, pregnancy, spasms from period. The list is extensive because there's many organs in the abdominal area. So the best approach would be to see your doctor, and have this examined closely. Once it's diagnosed accurately, it will be easy to treat. If you suspect a hernia, have this looked at more closely too.
