Need more info: Really need more information on the location of the cyst --- interior or exterior to the spinal canal.

Pilonidal cyst?: Your description suggests to me that you have a pilonidal cyst. This comes from ingrown hairs and must have surgery to find and remove the hair or it will continually reoccur. See a general surgeon.
