I have a purple/blackish small \u0026#40;size of the tip of a pen tip on the inside of my mouth the side of my cheek has a riddged feel.

BothCould be normal.: A small dot on purple / blacklist dot on the inside of your mouth could be as innocent as a petechiae blood vessel break from cheek bite. Though way less likely, it could be a very serious issue. The ridge you feel in the inside of your mouth could represent a positive "impression" left from where your upper and lower teeth meet. Watch the "dot" if it isn't gone a week or to see your dentist.
