Probably not: Peripheral neuropathy has been around for many years. There is no cure that I am aware of. There are however some excellent treatments. The main treatments involve medications such as anti depressants (paxil, cymbalta (duloxetine)...), anti convulsants (neurontin, lyrica). If all of these fail you may be a candidate for spinal cord stimulation - an excellent treatment. Good luck.
