Peripheral neuropath: Is permanent once it starts. It can not be cured although treatments are available to decrease symptoms.

No: A true peripheral neuropathy, once it develops, can not be cured. Other conditions such as nerve entrapment may mimic symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and can be corrected.
