Is there any cure for neuropathy?

Depends: There are many causes of neuropathy, including diabetes, B12 deficiency, alcohol, autoimmune (lupus, rheumatoid, vasculitis), heavy metal toxicity, chemotherapy, nerve entrapment. Many forms of neuropathy can be treated and pain can be reduced or eliminated. Treatment depends on the cause.

Treat the problem: As dr keller says there are multiple causes. Treat the cause first. That said there are multiple excellent medications (gralise, cymbalta, (duloxetine) neurontin, lyrica) that may help.
