What is the recommended cure for poly neuropathy ?

Varies: There may or may not be cures for some causes, but control is more likely. Immune neuropathies can be helped with ivig infusions, diabetic might benefit from good glucose control and metanx, HIV from retroviral regimens, etc. In short, best approach is to pin down diagnosis and treat specific cause. Pain control is available regardless of cause.

Depends on cause: Polyneuropathy is just a term describing the affects on multiple nerves, not necessarily what is causing it. Polyneuropathy can be caused from many things from vit deficiencies to critical illness. It comes down to controling the underlying issue as the most important point to slow progression. Hope that helps!
