Yes: Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Therapy ; medication: More information about your symptoms would be helpful. But here is some general guidance. There is medication for anxiety disorders and there is psychotherapy. For medication you should consult a psychiatrist. For psychotherapy, i recommend cognitive - behavior therapy.
