Ambiem afraid to take, can you give me advice?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ambien/zolpidem: Ambien (zolpidem) is a commonly used sedative/hypnotic sleep aid. It is a controlled medication (schedule IV DEA) and should not be combined with alcohol or other sedatives when taken. Follow your doctor's directions as how to take it. The dose maximum is technically up to 10 mg but the FDA recommends no more than 5 mg in women at this point. Good luck!
