Healthy Eating: commend you for wanting Good Health. Understand your hunger cues. Avoid stress eating. Do not eat on impulse. Have small portions, eat slow, chew more; do not eat while TV is on. Balanced Diet with protein, carbohydrates, less Fat, Minerals, Vitamins and Anti-oxidants. Exercise- Stretch, walk, hike, run, swim, lift weights; push and pull movements of the muscles Slowly increase pace and duration
