Several symptoms: Please start by seeing your doctor. There are many possibilities and he/she will diagnose and treat. Something physical MAY be the issue but anxiety can also produce similar symptoms. If you need a nutritional lab panel, Spectracell Lab in Texas has a good one. Peace and good health.

Probably not!: Vitamin deficiencies are very rare in the US. You have to really work at getting one. If you eat any sort of a reasonable diet with a mixture of fruits and veggies and an occasional meat dish you won't develop a vitamin deficiency. Just follow the sales in the markets but if you feel you must take a one-a-day vitamin capsule. As to your other issues go see a live Doctor.
