Lip lump: If it's an ulcer that has been there a few days than maybe. But usually cold sores on on the dry part of the lip and aren't lumpy. There are other things, like mucoceles (come after accidentally biting the lip) or tumors (including cancer) that could be the cause. Get it checked out if it isn't going away.
