Canker sore : appear in the mouth and can be painful, specially the side of my mouth. The canker sores are the most common oral lesions. The cause is unknown. These lesions are bumpy and painful. Topical medications OTC applied directly, mouthwashes, and oral medications can relieve pain or inflammation. Rec.: if not comfortable see a dentist for evaluation and soft tissue laser treatment.
