No: It is generally agreed by most dentists that wisdom teeth do not cause or contribute to crowding of teeth. Have your dentist determine whether or not your wisdom teeth should come out and see an orthodontist for a consultation regarding your occlusion (bite) and the benefits of orthodontic treatment.

Not likely: At your age, the roots are fully formed. So the wisdom teeth should have no "pushing" potential left. Best advice is to see an evaluation by an oral surgeon who can best assess the wisdom teeth, and best to remove them if indicated.
