Could use your help docs! my eczema is really really bad?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Eczema: Mild to moderate Eczema usually responds well to topical steroids. For severe eczema, it would be important to look for and eliminate precipitants, such as environmental exposures, allergens in your clothing, bedding, soaps, shampoos, etc. that may be making it worse. Also,an undiagnosed infection may be a factor. Severe eczema can be treated with light therapy, immunosuppressants, biologics.
