Less soap, baths, oi: Eczema sometimes responds to showering/bathing less frequently. By using strong soaps, you strip the skin of its natural oil. Thus, you need to replace the oil with either cream or oil (jojoba oil or even olive oil) NOTHING scented! Luke warm baths are good to allow your skin to soak in all the water. Then as soon as you get out - towel dry and immediately seal in moisture with oil.
