Eczema: If you haven't already, you should see a Dermatologist - specialist in skin disorders. THere are a variety of treatment options for severe eczema, including phototherapy, immune suppressants, biologics and others, but these should all be discussed and administered by a Dermatologist.

Less soap, baths, oi: Eczema sometimes responds to showering/bathing less frequently. By using strong soaps, you strip the skin of its natural oil. Thus, you need to replace the oil with either cream or oil (jojoba oil or even olive oil) NOTHING scented! Luke warm baths are good to allow your skin to soak in all the water. Then as soon as you get out - towel dry and immediately seal in moisture with oil.
