Very doubtful: Any colon or rectal inflammation should not be treated with naprosyn (naproxen). Canasa suppositories by prescription may help, but more importantly you need to find out why you have the inflammation in the first place. You need a more specific diagnosis. See a colon and rectal surgeon or a GI doctor and stop the naprosyn (naproxen)! outrageous to have prescribed this.
