Need more info: Sounds like you have a problem with you knee that need care now. You will need an x-ray and depending on the finding need more treatment. I would suggest that you visit the nearest ER and have the physician take care of you NOW.

Yes go see your doc: You may have to go to the ER if the pain is unbearable. Request to be checked by an Orthopedic doctor to make sure that they do an X-ray in order to make sure that there is no broken bones in the area where it hurts you.
